01. 纸盒供料检测与真空成型: 系统采用人工添加纸盒纸料至料仓,配置高精度光电传感器实时检测纸盒是否缺料,一旦触发缺料信号将自动停机预警。物料就位后,真空发生器建立负压,控制气缸驱动高吸力吸盘精准吸取扁平纸盒,配合机械开合机构动态将其完全成型撑开,利用数显压力感应开关监控管路气压,完成开盒动作的闭环互锁。
Carton Stock Detection & Vacuum Erecting: Flat carton blanks are manually replenished into the magazine, where photoelectric sensors continuously monitor stock levels to prevent empty cycles. Upon validation, vacuum suction cups engage to pick flat sheets and transform them into 3D shapes via mechanical opening structures, managed by digital pressure switches for closed-loop interlocking.
02. 单侧预折边与伺服精准装笔: 纸盒开盒成型后,气缸首先执行动作,完成单侧盒盖的翻折与预封盖。针对人工添加的马克笔物料,下游专用分选机构进行定量分离,实现一次仅平稳传送单支笔;伺服推杆依据精确的位置与速度曲线控制,将单支马克笔极其准确、平稳地推送入已单侧封闭的纸盒内部,配有限位与扭矩防卡保护。
Side-1 Pre-Closing & Servo Pen Injection: Following erection, a pneumatic cylinder actuates to fold and close one side of the flaps first. The manually loaded marker pens are isolated and released one by one via a singulation sorting mechanism, allowing the servo pusher to smoothly inject a single pen into the semi-enclosed carton under tight velocity and torque limits.
03. 后序封盖与双侧同步封胶带: 马克笔准确入盒后,另一侧的折边封盖机构迅速下压动作,将包装盒该端的顶层盒盖翻折闭合。随后,输送线带动双向均已封盖的半成品纸盒前行,两侧胶带机模组在恒定机械张力牵引下同步切入,完成双边最后的对称密封与切断,输出平整、高致密性的完整包装成品。
Side-2 Flap Closing & Sync Tape Sealing: Immediately after injection, the remaining flap-closing mechanism presses down to secure the opposite open side of the carton. Finally, the conveyor drives the case forward as dual taping heads engage synchronously under constant mechanical tension, executing perfect symmetrical adhesive sealing for final outfeed.
