本项目旨在解决电容笔核心缓冲组件的人工组装瓶颈。该组件由于体积极其微小(整体不足 5mm),人工组装时不仅效率极低(约 200pcs/h),且由于零件自重轻、弹簧易纠缠,次品率长期维持在 10% 以上。我们通过定制化的自动选料机构结合 **Mitsubishi FX5U** 平台,实现了从零件供料到精密锁附的全自动化作业。

传统振动盘在处理微小轻质零件时,常由于静电导致无法出料。我们采用了“高频振动板+气体辅助轨道”的设计。利用微气帘使零件处于半悬浮状态,彻底消除静电吸附。
Static electricity often hinders the output of micro-parts in conventional feeders. Our system features high-frequency vibration with air-assisted rails. A micro air curtain creates a semi-floating state, completely neutralizing electrostatic suction.

The iron core's micro-size and orientation requirements pose significant challenges. By integrating Grinding-grade Ball Screws and Mitsubishi FX5U pulse control, we achieved micron-level positioning for damage-free assembly within a 0.025mm clearance.

Closed-loop Torque Fastening
POM 材质极易“滑牙”,对锁附精度要求极高。系统切换至 伺服扭矩模式 (Torque Mode),实现对输出转矩的毫秒级精准掌控。通过实时监测 转矩反馈值 与 旋入脉冲总数 的双重闭环逻辑,确保每一颗螺丝锁附达到 100% 在线合格判定。
Due to POM's tendency to strip threads, the system switches to **Servo Torque Mode** for millisecond-level precision control. By integrating a dual closed-loop logic of **real-time torque feedback** and **total pulse count**, we guarantee 100% online qualification for every fastening process.
